I thought you'd enjoy this. Last week, MSN Money released results from its fourth annual Customer Service Hall of Shame and Hall of Fame survey. The surveys ranked 150 companies based on consumers’ customer service experiences.
Not surprisingly, AOL retained its crown as consumers’ top pick for worst customer service yet again, and Amazon ranked #1 for the best customer service.
Enjoy!
The one that feels good, that feeling of hope or happiness or love.

Customer service is an integral part of our job and should not be seen as an extension of it. A company’s most vital asset is its customers. Without them, we would not and could not exist in business. When you satisfy our customers, they not only help us grow by continuing to do business with you, but recommend you to friends and associates.

I guess it's time for AOL to really take this really seriously. I mean, they have been in number 1 since 2008, right? They claim to improve customer service but why are they still in the first place?

Just like what David Tooman said "Sales without Customer Service is like stuffing money into a pocket full of holes."

I will recommend not to hold off until you earn big sum of cash to order different goods! You can take the mortgage loans or just car loan and feel yourself fine

No offense, but if there's a facebook like button, it'll be much easier for me to share.
